Introduction to BackPacking

Treasure Valley will be our destination this March as we both learn and teach the skills needs for any successful backpacking trip.We won't be going very far this weekend. We'll have a short hike on Saturday, but the focus will be on packing, water purification, camp setup, bear bags, cooking and other skills that are needed to have a suvvessfuly back packing trip. Backpacking requires some different skills than say a FreezeOut trip and we'll help get you comfortable for the trail.
